On August 30, 2022, the Court granted final approval for the settlement as being fair, reasonable, and adequate. A copy of the Order and Judgement Granting Final Approval of Class Action Settlement is available here.

We anticipate that the mailing of Notices and Claim Forms will occur no later than October 24, 2022.
